1. 服務介紹 / Service Introduction
如鷹咨詢提供情緒支援服務，旨在幫助用戶舒緩情緒及提升心理健康。請注意，我們的服務不等同於心理治療或心理健康專業服務。我們的輔導員並非註冊心理醫生，因此不能提供診斷或治療服務。用戶在使用如鷹咨詢前應明白，若需要心理治療或有精神健康問題，應尋求合適的專業服務。
HiEagle provides emotional support services aimed at helping users alleviate emotional distress and enhance mental well-being. Please note that our services are not equivalent to psychological therapy or professional mental health services. Our counselors are not registered psychologists and therefore cannot provide diagnosis or treatment services. Users should understand before using HiEagle that if they require psychological therapy or have mental health issues, they should seek appropriate professional services.
2. 使用條件 / Conditions of Use
年齡限制 : 用戶必須年滿18歲，或在家長或法定監護人的同意下使用本服務。
Age Limit : Users must be at least 18 years old, or use this service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

If users choose to make payments directly to HiEagle via WhatsApp, such action shall be deemed as the user's acceptance of these Terms of Use and the relevant conditions.
4. 退款政策 / Refund Policy
如鷹咨詢的服務一經確認並提供後，將不安排任何退款。用戶在付款前應充分理解並同意所選擇的服務內容，並確認其需求。
Once HiEagle's services are confirmed and provided, no refunds will be arranged. Users should fully understand and agree to the content of the selected service before payment and confirm their needs.
5. 服務限制 / Service Limitations
如鷹咨詢的情緒支援服務不適合有危急情況的客戶使用。若您面對危機、威脅生命的情況或需要緊急心理健康支持，我們建議您立即聯繫當地的專業心理健康服務或撥打緊急服務熱線。我們無法為此類情況提供支援。
HiEagle's emotional support services are not suitable for clients in critical situations. If you are facing a crisis, a life-threatening situation, or require urgent mental health support, we recommend that you immediately contact local professional mental health services or call emergency service hotlines. We cannot provide support for such situations.
6. 免責聲明 / Disclaimer
如鷹咨詢對因使用本平台或服務而導致的任何直接、間接、附帶或後果性損失概不負責。這包括但不限於由於信息的不準確性、誤用服務或依賴於我們提供的信息而導致的任何損失。用戶在使用如鷹咨詢服務前應仔細考慮自己的情況及需求，並應對其行為和決定負責。
HiEagle shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of this platform or its services.
